I just had to let you know how very pleased I am with all the guys at the Chicopee store! I've been a customer for a long time, but the last time I brought my truck in, they truly exceded my expectation of how wonderful they really are!!! I can't thank them enough. I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. My car needed a tune up due to being old with high mileage. I shopped around with different garages and the prices were extremely high. He didn"t try to sell me everything on the phone but said just bring the vehicle in so his mechanics could check the car to see what it needed. I was convinced that I needed brakes on my V.W. Beetle. When I brought it into Brake King on Columbus Ave., Springfield I told Bill, the manager, that I'm not sure if I need front, rear, or all four brakes. I asked him to check the brakes and call me with the estimate. About an hour later Bill called me and was completely honest with me. He told me I still have 50%-60% left on my brakes and said I had a while to go before I needed to worry about them.
